Suparna Saha, MD: Author of Love Without Conditions

Suparna Saha is a physician, human rights advocate, and survivor whose work centers on emotional prosperity, dignity, and trauma-informed leadership. She is the author of Love Without Conditions: Lessons in Dignity, Devotion, and Becoming Whole and the creator of the Modern Day Draupadi narrative universe, which explores healing, responsibility, and self-mastery through contemporary storytelling.

As a survivor of domestic violence and human trafficking, Suparna brings lived experience to her advocacy, reframing survival as a foundation for discernment rather than identity. She serves as an International Human Rights Ambassador and was named Miss Tourism USA Universe, using her platform to support education and empowerment for survivors worldwide.

Trained in Western medicine and deeply informed by contemplative practice, Suparna bridges science, spirituality, and ethics with clarity and restraint. Her work emphasizes integration over spectacle, balance over extremes, and compassion paired with accountability. She lives and writes with the conviction that true leadership begins with self-respect—and that unconditional love is a practice, not an abstraction.
